· In store: Items can be returned within 14 days for your full refund. Customer MUST have receipt or gift receipt to process the return. We CANNOT accept a return without a receipt. Returned items must be in original unworn and unwashed condition. Candles and bath & body items are nonreturnable items. Please be aware of our closed days to process your return properly.

· Online: When it comes to purchasing online we know how difficult it can be to determine what works for you. So returns are completely understandable, as long as item(s) are unwashed and unworn AND returned within 14 days of purchasing. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
